PCS Starter grew from a real problem encountered while managing a long-form creative project with AI: keeping current decisions clear while months of older project history continued to accumulate.
We can test the system against our own work. But that won’t tell us where it fails for yours.
We’re especially interested in writers already using notes, story bibles, summaries or multiple AI chats to keep a substantial project together.

No. PCS Starter is focused on keeping the important state of your project clear and portable. You remain the author.
Does it replace my AI?
No. PCS is designed to work alongside compatible AI tools. You carry your saved project state into the next session; it does not automatically synchronise your chats.
Can I use PCS Starter now?
PCS Starter is currently in testing. We are collecting interest from potential founding testers rather than offering immediate open access.
Is PCS only for novelists?
Writers are our first testing group because long-form fiction gives us a demanding continuity problem. The underlying approach may later apply to other long-running AI-assisted projects.
