Plain-language privacy notice
Your email stays connected to one clear purpose.
This notice explains how the Portable Creative System project handles the information collected through this website and its early-tester form.
Last updated 12 September 2026Who is responsible
The Portable Creative System is an independent project and is responsible for the personal information collected through this site. Contact us at hello@pcsstarter.com.
What we collect
- Your email address when you register interest in becoming a tester.
- The date and time of that registration and the consent wording in use.
- Basic campaign details, such as source, medium, campaign or referring website domain, where they are available.
- Anonymous daily totals for page views, key button clicks and completed tester-interest registrations.
We do not create advertising profiles, use advertising cookies or store IP addresses in the project database.
Why we use it
We use your email, with your consent, to contact you about testing and the Portable Creative System launch. We use anonymous aggregate counts to understand interest and improve the clarity of the site. You are not required to provide an email unless you want to register tester interest.
How long we keep it
Tester-interest emails are kept while the testing programme and launch communications remain active. The list is reviewed at least once a year and information that is no longer needed is deleted. Anonymous aggregate counts may be retained for longer because they are not tied to an email address.
Who helps us operate the site
Website hosting and infrastructure providers process limited information on our behalf to deliver, secure and maintain the site. Resend processes email addresses and message-delivery information so we can send tester confirmations and project communications. Cloudflare supports domain and inbound-email routing. We do not sell your email address or share it with advertisers.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent, ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or object to how information is used. Email hello@pcsstarter.com. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your address before acting.
If you are unhappy with how a concern is handled, you can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Withdraw from tester emails
Email testers@pcsstarter.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Future tester and launch emails should also include a clear way to opt out.
